Kristy Gasparini holds a BSc (Hons) Equine Science degree from the University of the West of England where she obtained an in depth comprehension of the equine athlete. She has since completed multiple massage therapy certifications, cultivating an even broader scope of knowledge. She is a Certified Equine Massage Therapist and a Masterson Method Certified Practitioner. She has also completed certifications in both trigger point therapy and pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF) with Pulse PEMF.
Kristy has competed through the upper levels of Three Day Eventing across the UK and North America and is now focusing her training in Dressage, competing at the Prix St. Georges level. This combination of study and high level competition experience has allowed Kristy to fully understand the demands of the human and horse athlete in sport.
Kristy has obtained certifications in a number of massage modalities including traditional sports massage, trigger point therapy and Masterson Method to treat her equine clients. She individually tailors each appointment to provide the horse with the appropriate therapy to elevate performance, prevent injury, and improve behaviour.
Kristy teaches a variety of students ranging from beginner, to upper level competitors. She is regularly seen coaching at Bronze, Silver and Gold level dressage competitions as well as local schooling dressage shows. Kristy aims to provide each student with the tools required to be successful on and off the horse, while focusing on confidence, safety and fun!
